Step 1: Hands on development
Strada new talent Program Details
As you hone your skills, we’ll track your progress. Once you’re ready, your service book will be opened for clients in those areas.
As you work with new clients we are there to support your learning and give any tips and feedback needed to make you feel completely confident in your techniques.
Step 2: Building your technique
At Strada, we want you to love what you do. We never push you to perform services that don’t align with your passion.
Guided Training: We make sure you receive training and guidance in the areas that excite you most
Step 3: Tailored Career Path
Our salon operates on a points system, offering ongoing educational opportunities both inside and outside the salon.
Industry Training: We send you to workshops and training sessions with industry pros so you can keep up with the latest trends.
Step 4: Education and Points System
Our team also participates in education sessions in New York and Philadelphia, combining learning with a fun day outside the salon.
Daniella and Cabrina also travel back to Los Angeles to train with some of the best in the industry and bring those techniques back to the salon.
