Please be courteous to your stylist and the salon's other guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for 100% of the cost of services that you were scheduled for due to the fact this would be treated as a NO-SHOW.

8. LATE POLICY 

In order to respect the time of our team, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no-show fee. No show reservations will be charged 100% of the total amount due for services, and you can possibly be removed from booking future services.

7. NO-SHOW POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen, and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 48 hours prior to the reservation.This allows us ample time to fill the reservation should you need to cancel/reschedule your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of service/services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file that was used to secure your reservation.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

We are happy to return any unused and unopened retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given; however, an in-salon credit will be issued.

​Strada Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

4. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

All services are non-refundable; however, you have 48 hours to contact the salon to discuss any dissatisfaction.

3. REFUND POLICY

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Strada Hair Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. We will adjust anything that is needed within a 14 day window.

Before booking your appointment, please take a moment to review our stylists and their specialties. We’ve listed each stylist's expertise, including balayage, lived-in color, curated haircuts, curly cuts, extensions ect. to help you choose the right fit for your hair goals. If you're unsure about what to book, you’re always welcome to schedule a complimentary consultation. During this time, our stylists will discuss your vision, provide a breakdown of pricing, and guide you through the necessary sessions to achieve your desired look.

9. PARKING

Metered 3 hour parking is available on and around Main St, payable with a credit card or via the ParkMobile app.

You can top up meter time from your phone. Parking is free after 6PM.

Free parking available a few blocks south near the library, or south-east on Ashland.

We have set our prices based off of our stylists education, experience in their specialized services, and the market cost of materials like hair color, lightening agents, and styling products. We dedicate time to each client making sure that the exact result you're looking for is done with precision and skill.
