She is also an extension specialist, offering weft, I-Tip, K-Tip, and tape-in extensions, and is the only stylist in the area certified in the Cease & Desist extension method.

Morgan is the organizational brain behind STRADA Hair Salon. From booking and rebooking appointments, answering any and all questions, explaining salon policies, recommending products, and optimizing our stylists’ schedules (amongst other things), she helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
With the perfect blend of professionalism, warmth, and personality, Morgan creates a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Her passion for exceptional customer service and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the STRADA team. Graduating from Boston University and Parsons School of Design, Morgan worked for a decade in the corporate fashion world, focusing on operations, buying, management, and especially high-end customer service.

Daniella is a fourth-generation hairstylist whose passion for the craft has been shaped by generations of experience and world-class education. She trained in Los Angeles alongside some of the industry's top artists, apprenticing under celebrity hairstylist Kristin Ess and working with clients including Lauren Conrad, Lucy Hale, and Jenna Dewan. Most recently, she completed an advanced balayage training with celebrity colorist Bianca Hillier, continuing her commitment to mastering the latest techniques.
As the owner and lead educator at Strada, Daniella's vision extends beyond creating beautiful hair. She is dedicated to mentoring her team in the same celebrity-level techniques she learned throughout her career while cultivating a salon experience that reflects those standards.
