Salon Policies

We know the last thing you want to do is miss your appointment, but sometimes it happens. We would so appreciate 48 hours notice if you know you aren't able to make it. This allows our stylists time to fill that time slot and keep their chair full.

If you notify us within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of projected services will be due. Day-of cancellations or no-shows (including a $30 cancellation fee for consultations) are due 100% of projected services.

We will give you a call 48 hours beforehand, as well as an automated message to remind you of your appointment time and date.  

We appreciate your understanding that our time is valuable, as is yours, so let's work together.

Please give us a call at 267-247-5332 if you are feeling unwell or have an emergency. We are more than happy to reschedule you - any day-of sick or emergency cancellations will be due service fees up front that will be applied to future services.

We conduct thorough consultations in advance of all services. It is CRITICAL that you are upfront and honest about your hair history.

Any damage caused to your hair as a result of undivulged information is NOT the responsibility of the stylist or Strada Hair Salon.

Refunds

Your happiness is of the utmost importance to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please call the salon and our team will help schedule adjustments. We offer adjustments within two weeks of your original date of service.


Corrective Work Available within 14 Days of Service

We're moms too, but we ask only you come to your appointment.



Sorry, No Guests or Kids

Your hair and wellness are of the utmost important to us. That being said, under no circumstances will we tolerate abuse of any kind toward our staff or guests.
