Salon Policies

Appointments and consultations reserve time for both you and our stylists, who are in high demand. As such, we require 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment without charges.

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service total.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, or are absent from your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service total.​

If you are absent from your complementary consultation, you will be charged a $30.00 fee for the missed consultation.


Please understand that our time is valuable, as is yours, so let's work together to preserve value for each other. 

Cancel with 48 Hours Notice to Avoid Charges

If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled, and our same-day cancellation fee will apply, which is 100% the cost of the service.​

No-Shows Will Be Charged & Late Arrivals May Not Be Served

We conduct thorough consultations in advance of all services. It is CRITICAL that you are upfront and honest about your hair history.

Any damage caused to your hair as a result of undivulged information is NOT the responsibility of the stylist or Strada Hair Salon.

We do not offer refunds of any kind.


Refunds

Your happiness is of the utmost importance to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please call the salon and our team will help schedule adjustments. We offer adjustments within two weeks of your original date of service.


Corrective Work Available within 14 Days of Service

We're moms too, but we ask only you come to your appointment.



Sorry, No Guests or Kids

Your hair and wellness are of the utmost important to us. That being said, under no circumstances will we tolerate abuse of any kind toward our staff or guests.
